Shock Testing

Preparing for the Baja 1000 has already began. New torsion bars were put in the Malcolm drilling car before the Primm race. Our rear shocks were tuned for the old bars, and with the new bars it threw the balance of the car way off. Once back in San Diego we called Tim Lawrence of TLR to see if he could go test with us, and help us with our shocks. Tim serviced and revalved the 2 rear bypass shocks during the week. Saturday morning we headed out to Plaster City to test and tune the shocks. Within an hour we had the car working great. The revalved shocks only needed a few minor adjustments on the bypass tubes and we were back in business. Now that the car is working great we will be starting the tear down and prep this week.
